Adam Aronson: Chief Executive Officer
Arrowsight is led by CEO Adam Aronson. Adam founded ParentWatch in 1998 and co-invested the initial $750,000 of seed capital into that company. He is the former Managing Director and founder of AC Capital Management, LLC, an investment company that he founded in 1997. From 1994 through 1997, he served as managing director and co-founder of Microquant, a currency-trading fund that managed over $50 million in assets. From 1991 to 1994 he served as a currency trader, first at Credit Suisse First Boston and later, at PaineWebber. Mr. Aronson received a BA from the University of Vermont.

Lambert Wixson, Ph.D.: Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Wixson is chief architect responsible for Arrowsight's technology development. He joined Arrowsight in May 2000. From 1993 to 2000 he was a project leader of video initiatives at the Sarnoff Corporation, formerly RCA Laboratories (the birthplace of color TV and HDTV). Mr. Wixson owns multiple video-related patents and has authored several video-related white papers. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Rochester and a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.

Suzanne F. Delbanco, Ph.D.: President, Health Care Division
Suzanne joined Arrowsight in 2008 as the President of Arrowsight’s Health Care division. Prior to that, Suzanne was the founding CEO of The Leapfrog Group, a national organization driven by major employers and other health care purchasers working to initiate breakthrough improvements in the safety, quality and affordability of care. Before joining The Leapfrog Group, Suzanne was a senior manager at the Pacific Business Group on Health where she worked on the Quality Team. Suzanne holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy and a M.P.H. from the School of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to her duties at Arrowsight, Delbanco is on the Advisory Committee to the Director and the National Biosurveillance Advisory Subcommittee of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Mark W. Moshier: President, Manufacturing
Mr. Moshier is the President of Arrowsight's Manufacturing Division. Mr. Moshier joined Arrowsight in 2005. Mr. Moshier has 18 years of experience within the food and beverage industry, serving in senior level positions at industry leaders such as Tyson Foods, PepsiCo and Ralston Purina. From 2000 to 2005 he served as Vice President of Operations at Keystone Foods Poultry where he was responsible for manufacturing, procurement, operations, security, process design, and food safety compliance. He also managed the fish manufacturing business where he was responsible for large scale procurement. From 1996 to 2000, he was President and CEO of Technicraft International, a private consulting firm specializing in plant operations, production, design and supply chain optimization. Mr. Moshier also holds five design patents for equipment and processes in Food Manufacturing. He received a B.S.M.E. from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Engineering Science from David Lipscomb University.

Jean Zimmerman: Executive Vice President, Operations and Legal
Ms. Zimmerman oversees Arrowsight's operations and legal matters. She joined Arrowsight in January 2001. From 1984 to 1999 she administered legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters for IBJ Whitehall Financial Group. Prior to that, she served as senior associate at Sage Gray Todd & Sims, a Wall Street law firm representing major financial service clients. Ms. Zimmerman received a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BS in Finance and a BA in Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Mike Lukan: Executive Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Mike has worked as an Industrial Engineer and Production Supervisor with Michelin Tires Ltd., as a Management Consultant with Canadian Pacific Ltd., KPMG Peat Marwick, and Price Waterhouse, and as a Securities Analyst, most recently as a Principal with Catalyst Investment Management Co., LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Industrial Engineering degree from Dalhousie University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Mike also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Barbara J. Carbaugh: Vice President, Food Applications and Customer Service
Ms. Carbaugh joined Arrowsight in 2006 after a 29 year career in the food industry specializing in meat and poultry. Her areas of expertise include product development, quality assurance, process design and improvement, animal welfare, and supply chain management. From 1996 to 2006, she consulted for Keystone Foods with emphasis in process design and improvement, training at all levels of the organization for new processing technologies, and analytics and data gathering for process improvement and supply chain management. From 1989 to 1996, she was Director of Research and Development for Murry’s Inc, a further processor of beef, pork, and poultry. In addition to product development, she was responsible for compliance to USDA and FDA regulations, new technology implementation, and the Continuous Improvement Program. From 1977 to 1989, she was project manager at Weaver and Holly Farms. Ms. Carbaugh holds a B.S. in Animal Science and a M.S. in Food Science from Pennsylvania State University.

Peter Stern: Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Stern joined the Arrowsight Team in 2008. He is the former Executive Vice President of Laundry Capital, LLC, where he was instrumental in executing an aggressive growth strategy of the nation's largest and most successful chain of branded self-service Laundromats. Mr. Stern's responsibilities included major acquisitions, brand development, executive recruitment, franchise filing, operational design, strategic planning and procurement of capital. Prior to Mr. Stern's tenure with Clean Rite Centers, he served as Vice President of Business Development for International Specialty Chemicals, where he was responsible for acquiring and implementing the industry's first e-based, reverse auction bidding system. At ISC, Mr. Stern successfully negotiated a joint venture agreement with a prominent Swiss based manufacturer and he was responsible for establishing exclusive agency relationships with prominent overseas manufacturers. Prior to ISC, Mr. Stern served as a management consultant in the Dispute Analysis & Investigations Unit of world's largest public accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jeffrey S. George: Installation Project Manager
Mr. George joined Arrowsight in 2005 after a 21 year career in the Electronic Security industry specializing in System Design, support, and Installation. His areas of expertise include product development, quality assurance, customer service, help desk management, and installation project management. From 1996 to 2004, he worked for Westec Interactive Security as Customer Service Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Operations Manager. From 1984 to 1996, he worked for SecurityLink from Ameritech – National Accounts Group responsible for Technical Support Services, Customer support, and Product Engineering. Mr. George holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology, along with NBFA Level 1 and Level II certification.

Joe LeGrand: Regional Sales Director
Mr. LeGrand is a Regional Sales Director of Arrowsight’s Manufacturing Division. Mr. LeGrand joined Arrowsight in 2006. Mr. LeGrand has 12 years of experience within the food and beverage industry and 8 years of additional experience in manufacturing and consulting, serving in management level positions at industry leaders such as Tyson Foods, Gates Rubber Company, Baldor Electric, and Meyn Food Equipment. His positions have included Director of Engineering, Technical Director – North America, Engineering & Systems Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. His experiences have included research and development, system design and development, product design, and operations support. He has also consulted domestically and internationally in equipment and process design and development. Mr. LeGrand received his B.S. in Engineering from John Brown University

Ira Sobotko: Finance Consultant and Director
Mr. Sobotko joined Arrowsight in August 2000 and was appointed a director in November 2001. Mr. Sobotko resigned from his operations role at Arrowsight in 2004 and resumed his role as Finance Consultant in February 2006. From January 2004 through May 2005 he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CampusFoods.com. From September 1985 to July 2000, Mr. Sobotko was Corporate Director of Finance at GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX), which provides performance and operations consulting and training to Fortune 500 companies. From March 1999 to April 2000, he served as Chief Financial Officer of General Physics Corporation, a subsidiary of GP Strategies, where he was responsible for all accounting, finance, information technology, and human resources functions. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Sobotko was also Chief Financial Officer of a distribution company, The Five Star Group - where he was responsible for the company’s re-engineering and continued financial and operational management. Mr. Sobotko received an MS in Accounting from Binghamton University and a BS from Oneonta State College.

Christopher Birck: Chairman
Mr. Birck has been a Director of Arrowsight since May 2000. He was appointed Chairman in September 2003. Since May 1999, Mr. Birck has served as managing general partner of Oak Street Investments, L.P., a Connecticut-based venture firm. He also serves as President of his own real estate investment group, Birck Investments, Inc. A member of the founding family of Tellabs (NASDAQ: TLAB), an electronic communications hardware company, Mr. Birck was the Director of Treasury of that company from December 1988 to April 1999. He also serves on the board of directors of several companies, including Celtic Investment Corp., opexchange and Power-Clip Co. (formerly DoubleTime Corp.). Mr. Birck received an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BS from Benedictine University.
