What kinds of capabilities does Arrowsight offer? |
Arrowsight offers the following capabilities:
- Live Video Monitoring - Monitor operations and facilities from any location with Internet access,
saving valuable time and resources.
- Recorded and Archived Video – Live video recording on a continuous, 24/7 basis and automatic video
storage for up to 30 days locally (based on certain parameters). Archived video is easily searchable by
camera name, date, and time.
- Unique Management Tools – Permits Power Users to designate multiple users (Power and User) and to
assign them login times and camera accessibility. For example, a manager may have access to all cameras for a
specific location, while an assistant manager may have access to only a few of those cameras and for a
limited period of time.
- Drill Down - - Users can pull back hours of video that can be narrowed down to a few minutes or
seconds of relevant video with just a few clicks. Drill downs is especially helpful when bandwidth is a
concern.

What level of security (encryption) does the
Arrowsight service offer? |

Security is Arrowsight’s number one priority. An
encrypted authentication process requires
usernames and passwords.

Can I control access for certain users? |
|
Yes. Our hierarchical user structure allows a Power User to control when users
can log on to
your site and which cameras they can access.

If I have multiple locations, do I need to log in to each location separately? |
|
No. Arrowsight gives you the flexibility to access each location using
a single
username and password.
